it's my understanding that the /bug command is useless, only having been used for the beta... but yet it's still in the game.

When I'm wandering half way down to Galrath and I see a monster doing epileptic spasms and discussing Plato with a tree, I don't want to ask my party to wait while I minimize, find the gw website and submit a bug "ticket", nor is this serious enough that it would endanger our mission in any way... but it is a bug and it takes away from the greatness of the game. I used to submit 3 or 4 bugs every time I play, minor ones that nobody would like to see yet aren't serious like the old henchies-stuck-in-mountains bug...

Please Anet, reactivate the /bug command

That's odd, about a month ago, I closed the game during the ending cinematic of a mission, and I was not moved to the next area. I submitted a report using /bug, and then problem was fixed within the hour.

However, if they have since disabled it, I do believe it should be reinstituted. It is a helpful command that lets people make note of problems without having to deviate from their current plan, and leads to a lot more reports than being forced to use the website.

Although, I feel that if a player misuses the /bug command, like spamming it or using it to try and get players in trouble, it should be disabled for that player.

I could be wrong but I was told that the bug command no longer worked (although it appears to work) and that you needed to submit via the website. If I am wrong then I'll start using the command again... but I'd like some sort of "official" confirmation as to whether or not it works...
